SECTION 900: RULE CHANGES

910 RULE CHANGES

911 As directed by the SCAA bylaws (Section X.2.2), these rules may be changed by a vote of a simple majority of the voting members of the board of directors.

912 No rule shall be permitted to be added, nor any of the existing rules changed or amended, in such a way that they would be in conflict with any of the other existing rules.

920 IMPLEMENTATION

921 Any changes in the SCAA Rules of Competition shall not become effective until the season following the one with in which these changes are approved.
