SECTION 500: ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES

510 APPROVED MEET RESULTS

511 Swimmers who participate in SCAA-approved invitationals will not automatically be registered with the league.

512 Submission of Results.

512.1 Teams that wish to receive credit for their swimmers participating in an approved invitational will have to submit the results to the Records Chair.

512.2 Teams are not required to submit the names of all of their swimmers who participate in the meet.

512.3 The results shall require the following information; name of team submitting the results; date of meet, meet host, location of meet, and the following information on every swimmer being submitted; first and last name, date of birth, age on day of meet, individual events participated in including the event number, and the official result of each of those events.

513 Incorrectly filled out or illegible results may be rejected.

514 Late Results

514.1 All meet results must be received by the league records chairperson within the two weeks immediately following the meet or by the entry deadline for the league championships, whichever occurs first.

514.2 Late meet results may be rejected

514.3 A $25 fine will be charged for all accepted late meet results.

520 DUAL MEET RESULTS

521 Result Forms

521.1 Each team must submit the results of its meets using Team Manager Software.

521.2 The results shall require the following information; date of meet, location of meet, names of participating teams, and the following information on every swimmer who participated; first and last name, date of birth, age on day of meet, individual events participated in, and the official result of each of those events.

522 Incorrectly submitted, or illegible results may be rejected.

523 Results must include all members who participated for the team, including unattached swimmers.

524 Late Results

524.1 All meet results must be received by the league records chairperson within the two weeks immediately following the meet or by the entry deadline for the league championships, whichever occurs first.

524.3 A $25 fine will be charged for all accepted late meet results.

530 REGISTRATION FEES

531 League registration fees are $16.00 per swimmer for the season

532 Payment of Fees

532.1 League fees will be pre-billed at the beginning of each season, based on 50% of the prior year’s same season total by team. A balance based on actual team participation will be billed at the end of each season, prior to league championship meet.

532.2 All league registration fees are due to the league treasurer at the next regularly scheduled league meeting, or within two weeks following the meet for which they apply, whichever occurs last.

532.3 A $25 fine will be charged for all late payments of registration fees.

532.4 Members of teams who are delinquent in their fees shall not be allowed to participate, and are not eligible to receive awards.

532. 5 All league fees must be paid prior to participation at the league championships.

533 League fees shall be paid by a single check made payable to "SCAA"
